HONOR X9e Pro: Price, Specifications, Features, Release Date & Review
The HONOR X9e Pro is shaping up to be one of HONOR’s most interesting mid-range smartphones of 2026, particularly for users who prioritize battery life, durability, a large AMOLED display, and 5G connectivity.
The biggest talking point is its reported 11,000mAh battery, an unusually large capacity for a smartphone. Reports also point to a 6.8-inch AMOLED display, Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 chipset, 108MP main camera, Android 16, and fast charging.
HONOR has already published official campaign information connected to the new-product launch in Malaysia, while reports indicate that the X9e Pro is expected to launch there around September 24, 2026.
However, some specifications currently circulating online differ from one source to another. Therefore, buyers should treat unconfirmed specifications and Bangladesh pricing as rumored or expected until HONOR officially confirms them for their market.

HONOR X9e Pro Release Date
The HONOR X9e Pro appears to be part of HONOR’s September 2026 product activity in Malaysia. HONOR’s official Malaysian website has published terms for a new-product campaign running from August through October 2026.
Multiple reports currently point to September 24, 2026 as the expected Malaysian launch date.
The availability date for Bangladesh and other international markets has not been firmly established. Consequently, customers outside Malaysia should wait for an official local announcement before treating any retailer listing or unofficial release date as final.
HONOR X9e Pro Design and Build
The X9e Pro is reported to feature a large smartphone body measuring approximately 162.2 × 77 × 8.1mm. Several specification databases describe a glass front with a plastic frame and either a plastic or silicone-polymer rear panel.
One of the most interesting aspects of the phone is its reported durability.
Sources list IP68/IP69K protection, with some reports additionally mentioning IP69. These ratings suggest a strong focus on protection against dust and water, although the exact certification and testing should be verified against HONOR’s official specifications for the final market version.
Reported color options include:
- Midnight Black
- Dawn Gold
- Reddish Brown
- Royal Purple
Color availability may vary by market.
6.8-Inch AMOLED Display
The reported 6.8-inch AMOLED display is another major attraction of the HONOR X9e Pro.
Several sources list a resolution of approximately 1280 × 2788 pixels, giving the display a high pixel density of around 451 ppi. A 120Hz refresh rate is also widely reported.
A 120Hz panel can make scrolling, animations and supported games feel noticeably smoother than traditional 60Hz displays.
Reported display specifications also include:
- AMOLED technology
- 120Hz refresh rate
- HDR support
- 3840Hz PWM dimming
- High brightness
- Approximately 451 ppi
- Aluminosilicate glass protection
Some databases quote extremely high peak-brightness figures, including 10,000 nits, but these figures should be treated cautiously because peak-brightness measurements can depend heavily on testing conditions.
Why the display matters
For users who frequently watch YouTube, Netflix, TikTok or other video content, the combination of a large AMOLED panel and 120Hz refresh rate could make the phone particularly appealing.
Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 Performance
The reported processor is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 5, manufactured using a 4nm process.
Reported CPU specifications include:
- 4 × Cortex-A78 cores at up to 2.6GHz
- 4 × Cortex-A55 cores at up to 2.0GHz
- Adreno 812 GPU
Several databases list 8GB RAM and either 128GB or 256GB internal storage.
For everyday tasks, this hardware should be aimed at the mid-range segment, including:
- Social media
- Web browsing
- YouTube and streaming
- Messaging
- Video calls
- Multitasking
- Casual and moderate gaming
However, buyers looking for a dedicated high-end gaming phone should pay attention to independent performance tests after launch rather than relying solely on chipset specifications.
HONOR X9e Pro Camera
The camera specifications are among the areas where online reports currently disagree.
Several sources report a 108MP primary rear camera, paired with features such as PDAF, HDR, panorama and LED flash. OIS and electronic stabilization are also reported for video.
The reported front camera is an 8MP sensor.
Reported camera features
Rear camera:
- 108MP main sensor
- Wide-angle lens
- PDAF
- LED flash
- HDR
- Panorama
- OIS/EIS reported
- Up to 4K video reported by some sources
Front camera:
- 8MP
- Wide-angle
- 1080p video reported
Because these specifications have not yet been consistently confirmed across sources, camera buyers should check HONOR’s final product page before purchasing.
The 11,000mAh Battery Is the Biggest Highlight
The 11,000mAh battery is arguably the most notable feature of the HONOR X9e Pro.
That is substantially larger than the battery capacity found in many mainstream smartphones.
Reports indicate support for 80W wired fast charging, while reverse wired charging of up to 27W is also listed.
A battery this large could be particularly useful for:
- Heavy social-media users
- Travelers
- Delivery workers
- Students
- Outdoor users
- Long gaming sessions
- Users who dislike charging their phone frequently
HONOR’s use of a high-capacity silicon-carbon battery is also reported by some sources, although the exact battery chemistry and charging specifications should be confirmed from the official product documentation.
Can it last three days?
Some reporting has suggested that the enormous battery could potentially deliver several days of moderate use.
Actual battery life, however, depends on screen brightness, 5G usage, gaming, video playback, background applications and network conditions.
Therefore, 11,000mAh does not automatically mean three days of battery life for every user.
Android 16 and MagicOS 10
The HONOR X9e Pro is widely reported to run Android 16 with MagicOS 10.
MagicOS provides HONOR’s customized Android experience with its own interface, settings, multitasking features and ecosystem integrations.
Software performance and long-term usability will depend heavily on HONOR’s update policy for the specific market.
Potential buyers should check:
- Android version
- Security-update period
- Major Android upgrade policy
- MagicOS upgrade policy
before making a final purchase decision.
Connectivity and Other Features
The reported connectivity package is fairly comprehensive for a mid-range smartphone.
Expected features include:
- 5G
- 4G LTE
- Wi-Fi 6
- Bluetooth 6.0
- NFC
- GPS
- USB Type-C
- Dual SIM
- Stereo speakers
- Under-display optical fingerprint sensor
- Infrared blaster
Several databases also report no 3.5mm headphone jack and no microSD card slot.
That means buyers who require expandable storage should consider the 256GB version if it is officially available in their market.
HONOR X9e Pro Price in Bangladesh
The official Bangladesh price of the HONOR X9e Pro has not been confirmed at the time of writing.
Online sources currently show substantially different expected prices. For example, one Bangladesh specification site lists an approximate price around ৳24,000, while another lists an expected price around ৳49,999 plus VAT.
This large difference demonstrates why unofficial Bangladesh prices should not be treated as final.
Expected HONOR X9e Pro price in Bangladesh

- Official Bangladesh launch

We recommend checking HONOR’s official Bangladesh channels and authorized retailers when the phone becomes available.

Is HONOR X9e Pro Worth Waiting For?
The HONOR X9e Pro is particularly interesting for people who prioritize battery endurance and durability over having the most powerful camera system or flagship processor.
Its reported 11,000mAh battery separates it from many conventional smartphones, while the combination of an AMOLED 120Hz display, 5G connectivity and Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 platform gives it a modern mid-range specification sheet.
However, the phone should be evaluated more carefully after its official launch. Camera quality, actual battery endurance, thermal performance, software support and the final Bangladesh price cannot be determined solely from leaked or preliminary specifications.
HONOR X9e Pro vs Typical Mid-Range Phones
The X9e Pro’s reported configuration suggests that HONOR is emphasizing endurance and durability rather than simply maximizing camera megapixels or processor performance.
